For a period in time, having your head bent down to look at a watch was considered an unattractive gesture - it was seen as expressing boredom or lack of interest. So OMEGA began creating 'hidden jewel watches', where the exterior appeared like jewelry but concealed within lay a world containing a small timepiece. This is such an intriguing story!"
